New Cocktail Menu has now landed at Must!!!
Many of you will already know about the amazing talent behind the bar at Must, and for those of you yet to discover them, let me enlighten you. Our barmen are cocktail experts and have put together a new, fruity and delicious cocktail menu we are launching this summer! The new menu includes several classic favourites as well as a vast array of our own cocktails, original and unique to Must! We have also updated our wine list with new wines from around the world including an Organic selection from France and Chile.
We have a selection of new desserts on our menu, so why not treat yourself to something fruity and refreshing this summer? We have several lighter options and some delicious new Movenpick ice cream flavours to cool you down.
The modern and luxurious ambiance of our restaurant makes it the perfect place to relax. Whether it’s an intimate and romantic meal for two or an amazing party in one of our private function rooms, we have the ability to cater for your needs. We are open till late Monday through Saturday serving food from 11am and Sundays from 12noon, so come over and have a meal with us and enjoy the atmosphere.
We offer set menus and special menus to cater for everybody’s need and requirements. Any member of our management team will be happy to discuss your individual tastes and specifications from private functions to quick business lunches we will be able to tailor a menu to suit any palate. We cater fully for Vegetarian diners and can accommodate most dietary requirements.
We have our superb resident pianist playing weekday lunchtimes until 3pm. Saturday evenings we are proud to bring live music to the centre of Birmingham with a variety of new and exciting musicians including Guitarists, Saxophonists, Vocalists and Pianists. We also have our resident DJ on Friday evenings from 7pm to start off your weekend. Come along and enjoy our happy hour from 5pm – 7pm everyday and sample some of our fantastic cocktails for a lot less than you would have thought, or buy 2 large glasses of wine and get the rest of the bottle free (selected wines only) or if you are celebrating, come do it with us with £10 off a bottle of Champagne (selected Champagne only.)
